Who am I?
It’s funny how we often introduce ourselves with our titles – husband, father, project management director. These labels are undoubtedly important, they are the pillars of my life, the roles I cherish most. But they don’t quite capture the essence of who I am, the driving forces behind my actions, the passions that ignite my soul.
At my core, I’m a student of human behavior, fascinated by the intricate tapestry of motivations, desires, and dreams that weave through our lives. This curiosity isn’t confined to textbooks or boardrooms; it’s a lens through which I view the world, a constant source of wonder and learning. Whether I’m navigating a complex project at work, coaching my sons, or sharing a bottle of wine with friends, I’m always seeking to understand the “why” behind the “what.”
This fascination with human behavior naturally extends to my professional life. As a Project Management Director, I’m not just managing tasks and timelines; I’m leading teams, fostering collaboration, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. I believe that truly successful projects are built on a foundation of empathy, trust, and open communication. It’s about understanding the unique strengths and perspectives each person brings to the table and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

My love affair with wine began years ago, sparked by a chance encounter with a particularly captivating Pinot Noire. What started as a casual interest quickly blossomed into a full-fledged passion. I was drawn to the complexity of flavors, the artistry of winemaking, and the way a single sip could transport you to a different time and place.
For me, wine is more than just a beverage; it’s a journey of discovery, a celebration of life’s moments, big and small.
